Heather

Owner | Blonding Specialist | Lash Artist | IBE Master Extension Technician

Heather, born and raised in Bono, Arkansas, received her business degree in Kansas City, Missouri and found her passion in Lakeland as the owner of Glam. She has been in the salon industry for over 10 years. Heather specializes in blonding, hair extensions and lash extensions. She is responsible for some of your favorite looks around Lakeland, especially those blondes. A few of her certifications include Invisible Bead Extensions®, Great Lengths and Habit extension methods. Heather is passionate about leading her team to greatness and empowering young women. She is a mom of 2 boys and a bonus daughter, and married to her biggest supporter. When Heather isn’t at the salon she is spending time making memories with her family or finding new projects around the house.

Samantha

Marketing Manager | Lash Artist

New to the salon world, Samantha thrives in such a creative and fun environment that she is immersed in daily at the salon. With her career as a freelance photographer, her business and art background made it easy for her to transition over to the crazy world of social media. Samantha is a super social and outgoing person, you'll often see her at the front greeting the regulars when she's not behind a camera documenting the incredible work that our stylists do. Enthralled with creating, the salon environment finally won her over and Samantha started her career as a lash artist at Glam in 2022, focusing in on the natural beauty that Classic lashes bring. Out of the salon, she can be found spending time with her husband and son, adventuring and creating memories.

Charlie

Client Experience Coordinator

Ms. Charlie is that joyous voice you hear in the evenings at our salon. As one of the original members of the Glam Squad, Charlie is a staple in the salon. A mother herself, she can be found hightailing it around the salon, taking care of business and keeping us all in check as our "den mother". Charlie exudes Glam's motto of "Kindness is Free" and will be the first to offer you a refreshment upon arriving or assisting in finding you the perfect appointment for your busy calendar. When the salon is closed, Charlie enjoys a lot of family time, especially being the ultimate grandmother to her grandson - lollypops for all!

Bailey

Stylist | Makeup Artist | Lash Artist |
Permanent Makeup Technician

Bailey specializes in balayage behind the chair and tackles all things lashes and permanent makeup in her salon space; a true renaissance woman in the industry. Born and raised in Lakeland, Bailey embraces all that comes with Florida living. This being said, she understands the struggle that is Florida hair and dedicates her time with clients to helping them fall in love with their hair again. A lover of all things beauty, Bailey is also one of our leading members of the Bridal Squad. When she's not in the salon, Bailey is found spending quality time with her young son enjoying the Florida lifestyle.

Traile

Stylist | Makeup Artist | Lash Artist

Since she was young, Traile had her sights set on the beauty world with no backup plan necessary. After earning her cosmetology license, she slowly became more and more obsessed with the everyday blonde, eventually making it one of her main specialties. Being a very family oriented person, Traile enjoys making connections with each client and gets satisfaction with giving them a safe space to relax, unwind and trust that their hair is in impeccable hands. As her passion for her work grew, so did her talents. Traile is one half of Glam's Bridal team as well as one of our amazing lash technicians. Outside of the salon, Traile enjoys life with her husband and family, living up the Florida life out on the water.

Stormie

Stylist | IBE Extension Technician

An energetic ball of fire, Stormie is a breath of fresh air in the salon. Her young spirit and compassion for others are coveted qualities that we admire and continue to appreciate daily. Stormie started at Glam to enhance her schooling, a way to get real hands on experience. After graduating school, she has found a particular love for the sun kissed brunettes, getting satisfaction from a perfect balayage. In her days outside the salon, Stormie enjoys toting her puppy around to as many places she can.

Lorena

Stylist

Constantly enamored by the ever-changing trends, Lorena began her career as a hairstylist 5 years ago and hasn't stopped since. Lorena is inspired daily by the fact that her job is something that can help someone look and feel great about themselves. When asked to choose, Lorena loves creating custom looks with highlights for clients because they are so unique to each person and can be done so many ways. She digs deep with her clients, asking questions to ensure what she is doing, is exactly what they want. Lorena has a passion for discovering new places, so when she happens to not be working, she can be found traveling with her husband and camping under the stars.

Kara

Stylist | Blonding Specialist

A veteran in the hair world, Kara has been tackling your favorite blondes and vivid colors for over a decade. Knowing that every client that sits in her hair has a unique head of hair, Kara takes specific approaches to achieve phenomenal color time and time again, earning her a very trusting and loyal clientele. As a mom of 4, she ensures to make you feel special, understanding that your time is just as valuable as hers. On days off, Kara and her family are constantly making new memories while adventuring around the magical World of Disney.

Marivie

Stylist | Certified Extensionist

Originally from Puerto Rico, Marivie made the move with her family to Lakeland where she has continued to flourish as a stylist for over a decade. A strong believer that everyone should have their dream hair, Marivie is constantly furthering her expertise through continued education. This dedication to her craft led her to fall in love with the art of hair extensions, becoming fully certified in all methods of extensions, recently receiving her master certification in Invisible Bead Extensions®. Marivie takes pride in helping every client in her chair leave feeling more confident and beautiful than when they arrived. When she's not singing behind your head of hair, Marivie enjoys being a homebody with her husband, daughter and fur babies Lily and Luna.

Patrice

Nail Technician

Tucked away in the serene spa side of Glam, Patrice is our resident nail tech. Specializing in shellac manicures and pedicures, Patrice has a certificate in Barefoot that allows her to give her clients the best in nail care. It's easy to say her services far surpass just picking a color. Previously a teacher, Patrice's patience and kindness has earned her a loyal clientele who she gladly treats like family. Out of the nail world, Patrice loves spending time as a "Lolly" to her first grandchild and lounging by the pool with her family.

Kelly

Esthetician | Lash Artist

A woman who never stops adventuring, Kelly finally stopped in at Glam and started helping us all glow. Originally from Ohio, Kelly and her family moved down to Florida 13 years ago. Once her kids were grown and off on their own, Kelly became enthralled in the care of her skin. This soon became an overwelming urge to help others, later becoming a licensed esthetician. Her favorite thing is helping her clients find the ideal solutions for their skin care and esthetic needs, hearing that they feel good makes her feel good in return. Never one to sit still, Kelly is often traveling when off the clock, enjoying time with her family and grandbabies.
