Cancellation Policy

In the event that you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you please give us at least 48 hours notice before the beginning of your appointment. If you do not cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours, the card on file will be charged 50% of the service booked. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service booked. This is to best serve each guest and ensure the spot can be filled.

Consultation Tips

Coming in for your first visit with Glam? Here's some tips for your consultation to help your stylist know exactly what you're wanting to achieve!

  • Bring some photos of what your goal is. Pinterest is a great resource for looking for inspiration.

  • Come in with clean, dry hair. This helps the stylist see the natural, most accurate state of your hair.

  • Tell your stylist about your hair maintenance: how often you color, how you wear it, etc.

  • Be prepared to hear that your hair goal may take more than one appointment if you're doing a big change.

  • Our stylists are trained to care about your hair. This means expect honesty. They will tell you if they think something will cause too much damage or not be suitable for your hair.

  • Be honest about your hair history, telling your stylist about previous color, professional or at home, helps them prevent potential color issues.
