Coming in for your first visit with Glam? Here's some tips for your consultation to help your stylist know exactly what you're wanting to achieve!
Bring some photos of what your goal is! Pinterest is a great resource for looking for inspiration.
Come in with clean, dry hair. This helps the stylist see the natural, most accurate state of your hair.
Tell your stylist about your hair maintenance: how often you color, how you wear it, etc.
Be prepared to hear that your hair goal may take more than one appointment if you're doing a big change.
Our stylists are trained to care about your hair. This means expect honesty. They will tell you if they think something will cause too much damage or not be suitable for your hair.
Be honest about your hair history, telling your stylist about previous color, professional or at home, helps them prevent potential color issues.
Credit Card On File
For new clients to the salon, in order to secure your appointment for your services, we require a credit card on file. Your card will only be charged in the event of a no-show or cancellation of an appointment with less than 24 hours notice.
No Shows and Cancellations
We value our stylists' time just as much as we do our client's. Because of this, cancellations must be made with more than 24 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee. No Shows for clients will be charged 50% of their scheduled appointment cost.
A 50% deposit is required for the following services in order to secure an appointment: Microblading, Lash Extensions, Hair Extensions and Special Events such as weddings. Deposits made for these services are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.
Life happens and we get it. Sometimes there are things that happen completely unexpected and out of our control, we have accounted for this when making our policies. If for some reason you miss your appointment, we do try to be as flexible as possible. However, after a no show or same day cancellation, we will require a credit card on file to book future appointments.
All hair services with new clients require meeting a stylist for a free consultation. Doing these consultations enable our stylists to get a physical feel for your current hair and it's health, as well as help establish a game plan to achieve your goal look. This consultation can also help our stylists give you a realistic time line, determine the exact appointment slot needed and a more accurate price estimate.
